Position Summary: In addition to the regular responsibilities/duties of a Sales Customer Service Specialist, the Senior Sales Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for the quality assurance calls, and post-sale support for the SellMyTimeshareNow.com division. The primary function of this position is to communicate with existing clients and offer solutions/resolutions to assist with advertisement via phone call or email. The secondary function of this position is to ensure that all new clients have been contacted through the QA Process and understand the Terms of Service. In addition, this position will also assist in producing rental conversions and upselling current clients.
